The ErgoCutter is made of high quality stainless steel and teflon. Naturally in accordance with HACCP and therefore food safe!
How much does the ErgoCutter weigh?
The Ergocutter weighs 9 kilos. The cutting board riser is heavy enough to stand solidly and light enough to take with you when needed.
What is the minimum height of the ErgoCutter?
If you position the ErgoCutter on your worktop without opening, the height is 6.5 centimeters (2.5 inch).
What is the maximum height of the ErgoCutter?
If you set it to the maximum height position, the cutting board riser is no less than 44 centimeters (17.3 inch) high. With the 10 height settings, your ideal working height can be realised on practically every kitchen worktop.
What kind of maintenance does the ErgoCutter require?
None! We have designed the cutting board riser so that you do not have to worry about technical maintenance.
Just put it in the dishwasher every now and then or wipe it with a cloth and cut on.
Is the ErgoCutter stable enough?
This cutting board riser is super solid. It can withstand high pressure and does not move around thanks to the silicone feet. Safety is our highest priority, because we know that you work with very sharp knives.
How long is the warranty?
You have a one-year warranty with ErgoCutting, provided you use it responsibly. If something is unexpectedly not to your liking, please contact us via the contact form and we will get in touch for a solution.

How long does it take for the ErgoCutter to be delivered?
As soon as we receive your order, we will start working to deliver the ErgoCutter as quickly as possible. We are dependent on the delivery speed of PostNL. Please allow a maximum of 10 working days for delivery.
If the order concerns a larger quantity that possibly lengthens the delivery time, we will make sure to update you as soon as possible.
Is international shipping possible?

What size cutting board fits in the ErgoCutter?
The GastroNorm cutting board with dimensions 535 by 325 by 15 mm fits perfectly. This is the type of cutting board that is present in every professional (and sometimes even hobby) kitchen.
Can the ErgoCutter be put in the dishwasher?
Yes, no problem.
Is it possible to rent ErgoCutters?
